Los Angeles Magazine publisher to leave

A restructuring of the senior leadership at Emmis magazines means that Amy Saralegui, publisher at Los Angeles, will become publisher of Texas Monthly as well as vice president and group publisher of national sales for Emmis Publishing. "Saralegui will oversee national sales on behalf of all Emmis publications and will work with Texas monthly president Elynn Russell to design and execute local sales and marketing strategies for the magazine," says Folio. Saralegui had previously been head of advertising at Texas Monthly and came here in 2007. The search is on for a new publisher in Los Angeles. (Hat tip to Fishbowl LA.)
