Baryshnikov dances in L.A. on Monday

mikhail.jpgMikhail Baryshnikov will perform Occasion PieceĀ² in a Monday night benefit at REDCAT that concludes the Merce Cunningham Dance Company's appearances in Los Angeles. Proceeds benefit the Cunningham Dance Foundation and REDCAT. Tickets are $350 to watch him dance, $1,000 to add prime seating and dinner with the artists after the dancing, and $10,000 to be a host. Marisa Tomei is listed as one of those.
