Gawker: Arianna is Gotham bound *

Arianna Huffington is moving to New York City, Gawker says based on unidentified sources. New York is where most of the Huffington Post staff is located, and where Huffington spends much of her time. With her daughters both at Yale there is less keeping her in L.A., the site speculates. Unknown if she'll hang on to the Brentwood home where Huffington has entertained for years.

* Update: Gawker was a tad breathless, it seems. A Huffington spokesman says she's simply getting an apartment in New York and will keep the Carmelina Drive home here. Fishbowl NY
