Zach Behrens moves on from LAist *

Zach Behrens, the editor of LAist for going on three years, is moving to KCET to help the newly independent station get deeper into blogging. "After sharing the city with you through some 10,000 posts, it's not an easy decision to leave," he posts at LAist. "This job is amazing. After all, where else do you have the freedom to cover the best city in the world the way you want to?" The new editor is Lindsay William-Ross, who has had the title of co-editor at the site. Lisa Brenner becomes co-editor.

Added: Zach's new title is editor-in-chief, KCET says in a release Thursday morning.
