LA Observed on KCRW: the mayor's forgettable year

My final KCRW column of 2010 looks back at how this hasn't been an auspicious year for Los Angeles mayor Antonio Villaraigosa. Basically, he's a year closer to his administration being over, and his reputation and potential legacy are both more clouded than ever.
