Bowen not scared off by Hahn endorsements

debra-bowen-bee.jpgIf you accept the premise that the daily run out of high-level endorsements for Janice Hahn was aimed at discouraging Debra Bowen from running for Congress, then you have to call the tactic a failure. Bowen, the California Secretary of State, announced today that she will be a candidate in the special election to replace Jane Harman. Hahn, the Los Angeles City Council member from the 15th district, had already announced. Harman said she won't endorse. Capitol Alert, LA Weekly
