The Daily either does or doesn't run photo of Nikki Finke *

She says it's not her, and even the News Corp. website doesn't sound all that convinced. But they run it anyway, along with a summary of the steps they say Finke took to stop it from being published — including intimations of "reprisals in the form of negative coverage of 20th Century Fox should we publish this photo."

* Update: Definitely not Finke, says Sharon Waxman. "It's not close....It’s just a blonde woman in her age range who apparently drove out of her building....So what happens when a new publication eager to get on the crowded media map lures in readers with a scoop that isn’t? I think its credibility takes a serious hit."
