Illness forces Dalai Lama to cancel UCLA appearances too

dalai-lama-tokyo.jpgThe Dalai Lama had two sold-out appearances scheduled Monday in UCLA's Royce Hall. He can't travel due to ill health, UCLA announced, so both events had to be canceled. He dropped out of a program in Long Beach earlier today.
