Yaroslavsky, Ridley-Thomas go at it over county CEO

On tonight's "Which Way, L.A.?" on KCRW, the Times' Jim Newton came on to lay out the calm outsider's view of why the county Board of Supervisors is all torn apart over the work of CEO William Fujioka. Then Supervisors Zev Yaorlsavsky and Mark Ridley-Thomas squared off on the air. They were on opposite sides of Tuesday's vote to strip Fujioka's powers to oversee two troubled county departments: Probation and Children and Family Services.
