The police and DA agreed to preserve any video evidence that might clear (or implicate) Giovanni Ramirez in the Bryan Stow assault at Dodger Stadium. LAT

The U.S. Attorney's office is holding a 9:30 press conference to announce the "takedown of a San Gabriel Valley gang that is targeted in a federal racketeering indictment. The charges include a conspiracy to violate the civil rights of African-Americans."

Rep. Anthony Weiner encouraged porn actress Ginger Lee to lie about their on-line relationship and offered her the help of his public relations team, according to a report on TMZ. Politico

The state’s ethics agency has rejected a request by the Los Angeles County Democratic Party to investigate whether former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger violated any state laws during an affair with a housekeeper that resulted in his fathering a child. LAT

The Supreme Court rejected an appeal to California's policy of giving in-state college tuition to state high school graduates who are in the country illegally. LAT
