Wingnut video swings at Hahn and misses

This is the way a certain kind of fringe political mind works. Turn Right USA loathes billionaire George Soros. So it wants to stop Democrat Janice Hahn from being elected to Congress. So of course it puts a woman with blond hair in tight shorts and has her mock pole dance and shake her booty. It hires black rappers, dresses them like a wingnut's vision of gang members, pays them to pull bills from the woman's shorts and repeat, "give us your cash, bitch." Yeah, makes sense to me. The video maker has his rationale, but it's so lame as not merit repeating here. Craig Huey, the Republican running against Hahn in the 36th congressional district, says he had nothing to do with it and called the video "inappropriate [and] highly offensive." The Democrats around Hahn agree, and the Daily Caller terms it "the most racist, fear-mongering, sexist sing-a-long the political world may ever see." It's not as bad as all that, but it is certainly cheap. Coverage: LAT, City Maven, Politico, LA Weekly

Meanwhile: Democrats say they are worried about Huey.
