A Dodgers LA-ment

la-ment.jpgEddie North-Hager spotted this sign under a display of Dodgers bobbleheads at King of New York Pizza in Koreatown. Can't tell if it's a comment on Frank McCourt or on the team's outlook for the rest of the season (and beyond.) The Dodgers have escaped the cellar by beating the Padres last weekend, and their reps in Tuesday's All-Star Game did well, but even with the ownership and bankruptcy issues put aside they are still not looking good. "The Dodgers have a problem...[and] are sinking fast," says this analysis at Baseball Prospectus.

Noted: The parents of attack victim Bryan Stow were named to the creditor's committee in the bankruptcy case in Delaware.
