Batman invades Downtown

batman-downtown.jpg

Downtown resident Jeff Schultz tried to take pictures of the "Dark Knight Rises" location shoot that kept the 3rd Street tunnel closed all weekend. He grabbed a street-level shot of cars piled up in the tunnel mouth (after the jump), but he says Gotham City (actually Warner Bros.) goons put their hands over the lens of his camera to prevent a better shot. So he went upstairs and caught this aftermath of a giant explosion effect. Click on both pics to view larger.
