Berman endorses Cardenas for Valley seat in Congress

Rep. Howard Berman today endorsed Los Angeles City Councilman Tony Cardenas in his bid to win the Valley's newly drawn 29th congressional district, where no incumbent member lives. Berman's current district overlaps a chunk of the 29th. Berman is running for reelection in the newly drawn 30th district next door. Rep. Brad Sherman is also running in the 30th, setting up a primary fight between the two Democrats.
