Finke threat actually turns into lawsuit against Hollywood Reporter

Penske Media Corporation, the parent company of Nikki Finke's Deadline website, today sued the owner of The Hollywood Reporter for copyright infringement. The suit filed in federal court here alleges "the outright theft of intellectual property, including but not limited to whole articles, content, software, source code and designs." Great headline in The Wrap: Suedja!
