Can you pay the ticket with Monopoly money?

parking-sign-bunkerhill.jpgSomebody doesn't want you to park at the meters on Thaddeus Kosciuszko Way on Monday. But just who, and whether you'd actually get a ticket, there's no way to know. "By order of Police Dept.?" Please. The curb is across from the construction site of the underground garage that's going under the new Eli Broad museum on Bunker Hill, so maybe it's for them. Work was underway there on Friday — but are they really going to make "Fall 2011," as another sign promises? More pics:
