Jan Perry: Council getting too much like Sacramento



City Councilwoman Jan Perry talks with Conan Nolan on NBC 4's News Conference about her feeling that the city's redistricting process has been tainted by politics, and though she doesn't name names she castigates the Sacramento-ization of the council. So let it be noted that Perry's colleague Herb Wesson is the former Speaker of the Assembly, and his deputy, Andrew Westall, was announced Friday as executive director of the council's redistricting panel.
