Maxine Waters moves up with Barney Frank retiring

maxinewatersthehill.jpgRep. Barney Frank will announce today he is not running for reelection. That will leave Rep. Maxine Waters of Los Angeles the next in line to become ranking Democrat on the House Financial Services committee.
