Romney coming after L.A. money *

mitt-romney-shakes.jpgRepublican presidential front-runner (at least in California) Mitt Romney will be in town Dec. 6 for a fundraiser at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Hedge fund manager Josh Friedman and his wife, Beth, are the hosts along with Eva and Marc Stern and Tracy and Gene Sykes of Goldman Sachs, the Hollywood Reporter says. Former MGM chief Harry Sloan is also one of the organizers. It's a $2,500-per-person minimum.

* Updated: THR typo on Stern fixed.
