DWP cafeteria to open again?

The Department of Water and Power has apparently decided to reopen its once well-regarded cafeteria to the public, according to KPCC reporter Molly Peterson. I guess those...uh...security issues cited for last year's abrupt closure have subsided. Peterson writes that the vendor being unhappy about all the lost business was a factor in the decision to reopen. No details on timing.
