Kobe and Vanessa Bryant to divorce

It's her move, says TMZ, which reported that Vanessa Bryant cited "irreconcilable differences" in Friday's Orange County filing and that a source says "the last straw" was infidelity. Kobe wants joint custody of the couple's two daughters, while Vanessa is requesting only visitation rights for Kobe, TMZ says. She signed the papers Dec. 1, he signed his response Dec. 7. There is no prenuptial agreement, according to TMZ. The couple released a statement today saying they have resolved their legal issues and asked for privacy.
