Sex and the Woodstuck generation of Orange County

Orange Coast magazine has a talker in its January cover story. Shawn Hubler goes inside Orange County's biggest senior communities to show how they are being changed from the inside by aging baby boomers. The photographs, by Melissa Valladares, were shot in August at the third annual Laguna Woods Village Woodstock Festival.

The mag may win some kind of award for the headline alone: Sexagenarians, Drugs and Rock 'n' Roll. The whole piece is online.

Speaking of age: L.A. journalist Mona Gable writes at BlogHer about being ignored in stores, and elsewhere, as she gets older.
