Case of the Tongan luger with the underwear name

bruno-banani-spiegel.jpgGermany's Der Spiegel magazine investigates the amazing coincidence that Bruno Banani, the only luge racer from the island of Tonga and an Olympics contender, just happens to have the same name as a "fashionable underwear brand based in the eastern German city of Chemnitz." It's a story that's "too good to be (all) true." Of course, it's no coincidence — and it isn't his real name. The trail of deception apparently leads back to a guerilla marketing firm in El Segundo.
