Derek Fisher moves up to first place *

The ex-Lakers guard will try to win his sixth NBA championship ring with the Oklahoma City Thunder, who currently sit atop the Western Conference. (The Lakers are in third place.) The Thunder and Lakers met in the playoffs two years ago and I assume could this year. Fisher was deemed expendable by the Lakers earlier this month and took a buyout from the Houston Rockets in order to sign with a contending team. He's playing tonight against the Clippers in Oklahoma.

Fixed playoff year
