Malibu dishwasher now died of...respiratory infection

Carlos Ivan Rodas, 32, died in a pool of blood outside Guido's Italian restaurant (where he worked) not from a shooting (as the sheriff's first said), nor from a group beating (as the sheriff's later said), but from a respiratory infection (the sheriff's office now says.) Honestly, I'm not sure that's better news for the residents of Malibu.
