Lakers lose ugly in Denver, now face a seventh game

The Lakers had another chance to close out the Nuggets and advance to the next round of the NBA playoffs. Didn't happen: 113-96 final. Kobe Bryant was sick to his stomach but still played 37 minutes and scored 31, while the rest of the team had no excuse for going so easily. Game seven is Saturday night at Staples Center, and Metta World Peace will be eligible to play.
