West Hollywood will actually ease up on parking enforcement

laurel-erickson-socalconnec.jpgMemorial Day will be extra special in the city of West Hollywood. The city that almost makes sport of ticketing parking violators will go easy on some of its citizens for the holiday. From WeHo's city hall:

In observance of Memorial Day, Monday, May 28, 2012, parking meters and associated time limits as well as peak hour towing restrictions will not be enforced. In addition, there will be NO street sweeping. Permit Parking and all other restrictions WILL be enforced on Monday, May 28, 2012.

Visitor permits will be available on Monday, May 28, 2012 at the Kings Road Parking Structure and West Hollywood Sheriff's Station.

The enforcement of the aforementioned parking regulations and street sweeping will resume on Tuesday, May 29, 2012. For more information, call Rod Marquez, Parking Operations Supervisor in the City of West Hollywood or visit www.weho.org.
