How to change your default Facebook email back to your own

In the last 24 hours or so, Facebook changed the default email address that displays in the profiles of users. Your old address was swapped out for one that ends in @facebook.com. It's easy enough to change back, if you care to. Step-by-step instructions are at Lifehacker.
