Remains found in Verdugos near home of missing FBI agent

Hikers noticed a body last night in the hills above Burbank. Authorities went back up to the scene this morning and said the initial observations are consistent with the description of FBI agent Stephen Ivens, who has been missing since May and suffered from depression.

Update: Burbank police say the body is that of Ivens, who was 36. His remains were located in woods in the 3600 block of Scott Road near St. Francis Xavier School. His weapon was found nearby.
