Calamities

Just like that, mom and two girls dead on Highland

A man driving his Infiniti north on Highland Avenue this morning veered across the center line and struck a Dodge Caravan heading southbound. The van then hit a pole. The driver of the van and her two girls, aged 4 and 8 were killed. Good chance at 7:25 a.m. that she was taking the girls to school. The male driver of the car is in the hospital with serious injuries.

I can just imagine the tragic news rippling through the day across several communities, ripping out hearts. Awful.
