Perks in the Valley: train-side parking *

Making Angelenos suffer to park their cars is all the rage in City Hall these days. Variably priced meters, more tickets, higher fines, fewer spaces, less convenience — it's all justified in the name of weaning people from their cars. But if you work for Councilman Mitch Englander and want to park at the Chatsworth Metro station, there are a couple of nice spots right in front.
