Body found on roof of Hotel Cecil may be missing Canadian tourist *

Elisa Lam was last seen in or around the Skid Row-adjacent tourist hotel on Jan. 31. Surveillance video appears to show her acting strangely, and today the body of a woman was reported in a water tank on the hotel's roof. Police are investigating but believe it is her. Lam, who is 21, was visiting from Vancouver.

* Update: Police identified the body as that of Lam.
