The LA Kings' path to a second Stanley Cup did not get any easier tonight. They will open the Western Conference Final on Saturday night in Chicago, after the Blackhawks won a deciding seventh game from the Detroit Red Wings in overtime. The Blackhawks finished the regular NHL season with the league's best record, but had to win the last three games of their series against Detroit to stay alive.

The first two games of the Kings-Blackhawks series will be in Chicago — on Saturday and Sunday. Play returns to Staples Center for Game 3 on Tuesday, June 4. Game 4 would be on Thursday, June 6. All games will be televised on NBC Sports Network except for the fifth game on Saturday, June 8, which if played would be on NBC. If you can get the feed from Canada, the first three games will be on TSN, the rest on CBC.
