By Kevin Roderick | June 19, 2013 10:02 PM

gandolfini-vulture.jpgFrom 2004. "He is, as Tony Soprano might put it, a made man in the actor's studio," James Lipton said in his introduction.

Watch part two, part three, part four, part five.

Gandolfini died today in Italy at the age of 51. Matt Zoller Seitz, who began covering Gandolfini for the Newark Star-Ledger before "The Sopranos" hit it big, writes a nice personal tribute at Vulture.
