This is one of those times in the year when the Los Angeles City Council shuts down so some of the members can leave town to hang out with electeds from other places at the National League of Cities convention. This year the Congress of Cities is in Seattle. One of the main tourist spots in Seattle is the Pike Place Market, where council members Mitch O'Farrell, Nury Martinez, Curren Price, Joe Buscaino, Felipe Fuentes and Mitch Englander were spotted by the photographer for Buscaino's website.
