Conan O'Brien notifies audience about Robin Williams (video)

Conan O'Brien was taping his TBS show this afternoon when the news about Robin Williams dying reached the studio. Just before the end of the show, O'Brien informed the studio audience and along with Andy Richter and Will Arnett, paid tribute to Williams in halting words. It's in the video above.

conan-robin-williams-death.jpg"I’m sorry to anybody in our studio audience that I’m breaking this news—this is absolutely shocking and horrifying, and so upsetting on every level,” O'Brien said. "We’re just processing this information literally right at this moment, and so we are thinking of Robin’s family. We’re thinking about everybody who he touched around the world, throughout his life. We’re thinking about Robin tonight."

The final line of the show from O'Brien: "God bless Robin Williams.”
