Not all pigeons are pigeons

I've been photographing fake owls around Los Angeles for years, forever seeking birds that aren't fooled by those evil, baby-doll eyes. But it was while doing research in Vancouver, BC, this past summer that I finally discovered a pigeon that was no pigeon. This bird knew that owl was no owl.
