The ex-mayor and would-be publisher's Brentwood home is the site of a fundraiser tonight for the state Republican Party, Rick Orlov reports in the Daily News. Among the scheduled attendees are the man who foiled Riordan's Sacramento dream last year, Bill Simon, plus Arnold Schwarzenegger and recent Republican convert Larry Elder.
