The 10-12 Fridays sign looks like ones in L.A. The others don't. The 7-7 mon-sat one looks Canadian for some reason. I'm going to guess that's from Canada or NY/New England.

I think of it as more of a filter than a policy. And I have no idea how your comment would be a violation. Anyway, for our purposes West Hollywood is L.A., no?
