Media watch on Arnold's performance

Jack Kavanagh at Rough and Tumble has ramped up his posting pace in response to the recall, adding stories often through the day and recently linking to a few blogs (Weintraub, Condor, Opinion Journal). Before midnight he had put up links to the first of today's media reportage on Schwarzenegger's press conference in the New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, San Francisco Chronicle and Sacramento Bee. By later this morning he will have added the L.A. Times and a bunch of other fresh links. It's a good place to start if you want the print news media view.

Also: Blogging Kevins do the recall

And, L.A. Times columnists were impressed by Arnold:

Skelton - "Schwarzenegger's was Reaganesque."

Lopez - "More skilled politician than the career politicians he's running against."
