California Authors notes two contrasting reviews of Joan Didion's Where I Was From:

Benjamin Schwarz, The Atlantic: "He laments the shallowness of Didion's new book..."

Just to remind, Schwarz is the literary editor for The Atlantic who is relocating to the Pacific.
