Game's on

The recall election is back on for two weeks from today, compliments of the 9th Circuit. Unanimous 11-0 decision that the ACLU says it won't appeal. I'm guessing Prestopundit is now OK with the idea of "unelected political appointees" as judges, even (gasp) Democrats.

Of course, this is only the beginning of litigation not the end. I can imagine a whole host of scenarios whereby recounts are held and litigated a la Florida. This election is a full employment act for attornyes in California.
