Smog is back

Worst in six years, say the stories in the L.A. Times and Daily News. It's still better than it was in Los Angeles a generation ago when you'd come in from playing with your lungs seared. Unless you live up around Fresno.

Yup--I was back in SoCal for a visit this summer and the smog reminded me of the way things were when I lived there back in the mid-to-late 1980s.

Not fun, to be sure.
