Chicago film critics are joining their L.A. counterparts in dropping the handing out of awards unless Jack Valenti allows reviewers to receive screeners, Variety reports. The Los Angeles Film Critics' Jean Oppenheimer and Peter Rainer are said to be meeting with Valenti today.
