The park's practice of charging locals lower admission off season -- $8 to $10 less than tourists -- is legal, a state court of appeal ruled today. The mildly whimsical opinion is excerpted and linked at Declarations and Exclusions, the law blog of Pasadena lawyer George M. Wallace.
