Tomorrow (Friday) at 10 a.m., John Kerry has scheduled a UCLA speech "where he will outline steps that must be taken to fight a comprehensive war on terrorism," his campaign says. It will be delivered to the Ronald W. Burkle Center for International Relations at the Ralph Freud Playhouse.
