Mud, not nukes

Every channel on Comcast cable in West L.A. (at least) went blank at about 8:48 p.m., then for more than a minute broadcast an emergency flash flood and mud flow warning for the burn areas of the San Bernardino Mountains. Let's hope it was 1) an overreaction or 2) a mistake. [well, and 3) that they don't do it again during the final "Sex and the City."]
