The Valley stars again

It's time, apparently, for another movie set in the San Fernando Valley. This time, Paul Thomas Anderson (who made Boogie Nights, Magnolia and Punch-Drunk Love, but not Two Days in the Valley or Safe -- or Encino Man, Blast From the Past, 187 or Lost Highway) isn't involved. Down in the Valley will star Edward Norton as a delusional man who believes he's a cowboy and who starts a relationship with a rebellious young woman played by Evan Rachel Wood. David Jacobson directs; shooting starts Feb. 29, the Hollywood Reporter writes.
