Babs loses a costly round
Remember when Barbra Streisand sued that guy who flies down the California coast in a helicopter (with his wife at the controls) taking environmental photos, claiming he violated her Malibu privacy? Streisand lost the suit, and now The Smoking Gun has posted a judge's order requiring her to compensate Kenneth Adelman and the California Coastal Records Project $177,000 for their legal expenses.
Too bad they didn't get some punitive damages.
