The Downtown News continues to work its way through City Hall anointing various 35-and-under "movers and shakers." This week they are David Gershwin, the press deputy to council president Alex Padilla; Marie Rumsey, legislative aide to councilwoman Jan Perry; Marie Condron, of the mayor's office; and Glenn Gritzner, who doesn't work in City Hall but is the political troubleshooter for schools superintendent Roy Romer (his wife, Lisa Gritzner, does work in the building, as chief of staff to councilwoman Cindy Miscikowski).

Also in the Downtown News: The $1 billion plans for Grand Avenue are too rich for many officials, and Affleck and Damon are taking space for Project Greenlight in the new Spring Arts Tower at Fourth Street and Spring.
